Meet Mutsa

Hey Tojettes and Tojeknights

I just got back from work and after checking messages thought I’d upload a short post about an inspiring Zimbabwean British woman. I can honestly say I have never met anyone who has consistently been passionate about doing aid work in Africa to create awareness, ground work and bring change.

Her name is MUTSA. (I call her Nubain SOUL and a true Tojette)

She has decided to take a leap of faith and offer her services to help LIVES in  a part of Africa. Mutsa is going to work in Zambia, Africa for 6 – 12 months on a voluntary basis with The Butterfly Tree Charity. Yes you heard right. UNPAID.

This is for a great cause and as it is an unpaid position Mutsa has decided to raise some funds to cover her travel and living costs in Zambia, by running a 10 kilometre race. Now some of you may think ‘is that it’. 10k? But this 10k race is being run by a lady who has probably never run much in her life; Even for the bus or when chased by a Dog (OK maybe she ran then). I am posting this blog so others can follow her journey and support her financially.

Enough of me rambling. Go on her site and see for yourself. You can also follow Mutsa’s video diary which is both informative and entertaining. Please support Mutsa by dontating whatever you can.  All the details are on her site.

You’re very right. Besides this, running from a dog is the only time I’ve ever run and that was based solely on natural instinct!

    Thank you Toje xx
